Connect 44 are hiring for a Spare Parts Engineer to join the team in Reading.
Responsibilties are:
· Daily communication with logistic supplier to solve problems and improve overall operation efficiency.
· Inventory monitor and optimization
· Monitor KPIs, including analyzing and giving improvement solution.
· Prepare materials for weekly supplier meeting.
· Ensure tasks are handled within SLA.
· Actively monitor team members' workload and adjust if needed.
· Create monthly reports to analysis business situation and identify issues and risks etc.
· Monthly supplier invoice checking to ensure all invoices in line with business essence.
· Quarterly CT: Organize sampling, check suspected issues of the rep office, output reports, summarize issues, and make oral defenses.
